Implementation Support includes coordinating the remediation of identified risk issues, developing security policies, associated procedures and employee security training.

Developing Security Policies

ADC will coordinate the implementation of each aspect of the remediation solution, from the initial installation phase, through field testing and final sign off, including developing security policies. ADC will also provide annual assessments to assure the remediation solution has been implemented effectively and to also identify any new risk issues that may have arisen since the last assessment.

In addition, ADC will review all applicable policies and standard operating procedures that are needed to support the remediation solution. Developing security policies and procedures will be be established where necessary.

Employee Security Training

Implementation support includes employee security training of the client’s personnel on security policies and procedures. ADC certified instructors will develop physical security awareness programs that are topical, relatable and reinforceable to assure a safe and secure environment.
